A 50% non-refundable retainer is required in order to hold your appointment.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and it will be considered a no show. No refund will be given.
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, it must be 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged the full appointment cost as I will be unable to fill your appointment slot.
Please do not bring any guests (boyfriends, friends, children, etc.) They will be asked to leave.
